![]() I have asked for simply one representative to review my account and have not received that either. ![]() I have asked to speak to a manager and was ignored. The fact that a different representative responds each time I reach out and I have to explain over and over again on a service I NO LONGER want and all they do is try to sell and drag out the cancellation time frame is unethical and publicly misleading! I have 10+ emails with them and there has been no resolve. So now I'm being told my cancellation was not within the 30 days. Now today, I was told that my account has been canceled as of April - even though I initiated cancellation February. Again I received several emails trying to retain me as a customer and a ********************** lack of acknowledgement of my refund. Weeks after not receiving a refund I inquired several times. After I filled that form out, the web page indicated I was to receive a refund of $140 (which is not the full refund amount). After several emails back and forth indicating to them that I do not wish to continue to do business with them, they send me yet another form to fill out via link. After a month of hearing nothing back I inquired again via their support email and all their responses were just trying to sell me on why I should stay with them. I have been trying to obtain a refund for a cancelled service for 2 months now with TotalAV! Back in February 2023 I filled out a cancellation form within the initial 30 days of service allotted (per their policy). If you could please cancel and refund my money please that would be most appreciated. I dont need their services anymore and I feel like every step of the way they are trying to force the sale on me. They charge me $179 on the 29/04/23 and I needed that money and now I really dont know how to get my money back. I clicked the link and there was a section where it needs a verification code, it said the code was sent to my email but I never saw one tried a bunch of time but no code came to my email. I thought well thats the last I will be speaking to them. ![]() On the third day finally the came right away as I was complain on the chat with support person. I used the chat option every day for 3 straight days telling them the link never came to my mail box. First they say they have sent a link, the link never came up. To my surprise Total Av is making the whole process of canceling the subscription difficult. I have been using total Av for the past 4 years and this year I requested to cancel the subscription because its now too expensive and I cant afford it. ![]()
